29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack: (a) Automotive center, outside service area; On or about July 18, 2025, a Larin brand model SJQ-7000 3.5-ton hydraulic floor jack was used by an employee to change the rear tires on a 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter recreational vehicle and the employer did not ensure that the vehicle was sufficiently supported through the use of jack stands, cribbing, blocking, or other adequate means, to prevent collapse due to shifting, jack movement, and/or jack failure.
