29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(viii): The written program did not contain provisions for training of employees in the proper use of respirators, including putting on and removing them, any limitations on their use, and their maintenance: a) 333 Gap Road, Ronks, PA 17572: On or about June 20, 2025, an employee performing painting tasks was required to wear a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) in the paint booth, and the employer's written respiratory protection program did not contain provisions for training of employees in the proper use of respirators, including putting on and removing them, any limitations on their use, and their maintenance. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
