29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) Fabrication Area; On or about April 24, 2025: An employee welding, and grinding steel was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 76.9% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 88.1 dBa) which is approximately 1.538 times the action level for a 8-hour workday of 50% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 85 dBa) and the employerdid not establish an audiometric testing program to evaluate the employees hearing. Sample taken over 536 minutes.
