29 CFR 1910.25(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that standard stairs have a maximum riser height of 9.5 inches (24 cm): (a) Sawing, outfeed side of Baker bandsaw; On or about March 18, 2025, and dates prior, a custom-made metal stairway with integrated platform, that was used to cross over the saw conveyor line, had risers that were 16 inches, 14 inches, and 12.75 inches high.
