29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): On offhand grinding machines, work rests were not used to support the work and/or were not kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage: On or about February 4, 2025, in machine area where employees were using a Delta brand bench grinder without work rests adjusted to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch.
