29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: a) 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022: On or about January 14, 2025, a written emergency action plan (EAP) was not established and maintained in the workplace for ammonia releases. Frozen Food Development, Inc. and its successors were previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.38(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736998, citation number 1, item number 1-c, and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
