29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about January 7, 2025 and at times prior, south of County Road EW 1360 at State Highway 56, employees operate multipurpose off-highway utility vehicles (MOHUV) without use of a proper protective helmet.
