29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Disconnecting means and circuits - Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. a.) On or about November 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure the circuit breaker for the office area lights located in the Penthouse on the roof was properly labeled to indicate its purpose for an authorized employee exposed to 277 volts while changing out light fixtures in the office area, resulting in the authorized employee receiving an electric shock from exposed wires.
