29 CFR 1910.119 (f)(1)(iii)(B) The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provided clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information that addressed health and safety considerations, such as precautions necessary to prevent exposure, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment: (a) Throughout the facility; On or about November 20, 2024, Process Control Procedures (PCPs) including, but not limited to, PCP-583 (Job C717), PCP-634 (Job C846), PCP-732 (Job C866), GWI-SAF-21, and PCPs per buildings 2 and 10 did not provide clear instructions per use of ventilation controls and required use of respiratory protection consistent with personal exposure monitoring data to include lead and other heavy metals.
