29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(vi): Boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer were exceeded: Site- On or about November 12, 2024, employees using an SST40EIH-02 Versalift aerial device as a material lifting device were not protected from vehicle tipping, boom failure, and ejections hazards where load limits were exceeded. The SST40EIH-02 Versalift aerial device was not rated for material handling and the employer was using the aerial devices to lift utility lines of an unknown weight.
