29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: a) Novelis Inc., 448 County Route 1A, Oswego, New York 13126, Stores Pole Barn. On or about 10/1/2024, an employee was working on an energized 460 Volt AC electrical panel, without electrical protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, and the employee received an electrical shock from a live part.
