29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer did not provide hazardous chemical training for employees engaged in a bricklaying operation. Employees were not trained on the hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Portland Cement, Calcium Oxide Silicate, Silicic Acid, Aluminum Calcium Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, Aluminum Calcium Iron Oxide, and Crystaline Silica contained in the Lehigh White Masonry Cement Type N.
