29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about July 12, 2024, at a worksite located at N4791 County Road C in Kewaunee, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that employees tasked with trimming tree branches overhead were wearing head protection, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling branches.
