29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) 1400 Bent Creek Boulevard, Mechanicsburg, PA, Worksite, Roof - on or about June 4, 2024, employees were utilizing an extension ladder to access and egress the roof, approximately 18 feet to the upper landing surface, while carrying tools that could cause the employee to lose their balance and fall. No abatement certification.
