29 CFR 1910.134(k):The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training annually and/or more often if necessary: (a) American Legion Ambulance Association of Elmer: The employer did not provide training to employees required to wear N95 respirators when responding to patients with respiratory emergencies on or about 5/9/2024. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. American Legion Ambulance Association of Elmer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, its equivalent, or essentially similar standard , 29 CFR 1910.134(k) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1696301, citation number 1, item number 1-d and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Broad Street Elmer, NJ 08318.
