29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Damaged or weakened parts of a scaffold were not immediately repaired or replaced, braced, or removed from service until repaired: Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about April 24, 2024, at a commercial construction jobsite located at or about 1501 North 86th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were working from the platform of the scaffold at a height greater than 10 feet. The planks were showing signs of damaged such as but not limited to end splits, saw cuts, holes and notches, edge splits, dents, gouges and depressions.
