29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) a) At Magic Tilt Trailers, Inc., located at 2161 Lions Club Road, Clearwater, FL, at or near the Service and Shipping building: On or about April 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crush hazards in that a Komatsu forklift had not been taken out of service to conduct service and repairs identified in the daily check offs.
