29 CFR 1926.416(b)(2): Working spaces, walkways, and similar locations were not kept clear of cords which created a hazard to employees: a) On or about April 4, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, passageways used by employees to access/egress work areas in the variable frequency drive room were not kept clear of electrical cables, thereby exposing employees to trip hazards.
