29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1):Testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof. In situations in which lockout or tagout devices must be temporarily removed from the energy isolating device and the machine or equipment energized to test or position the machine, equipment or component thereof, the following sequence of actions, as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(i)-(v), shall be followed: a. On or about January 30, 2024, located at the Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc. Performance Way location, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from struck-by hazards when positioning the sensors on the energized centering conveyor while teaching the energized EC 201 Fuji Robotics palletizer robot.
