29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(ii): The emergency response plan did not address, to the extent not addressed elsewhere, personnel roles, lines of authority, and communication: a) 1323 Conshohocken Rd. Plymouth Meeting - On or about January 22, 2024, the employer failed to maintain and update the emergency response plans personnel roles, lines of authority and communication when responding to emergencies involving flammable liquids and gases. Failure to implement and maintain an accurate emergency response plan can delay response to emergencies associated with the release of flammable liquids and gases.
