29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i):A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power press(es) was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment. On or about December 11, 2023, at the southwest corner of building 1, the Bliss 21B-208-1 mechanical power press did not have a program of periodic or regular inspections and was used by an employee to fabricate metal parts.
