29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) In the facility at 259 Worcester St. Southbridge, MA: On or about December 28, 2023, the employer did not provide access to Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous materials used in the work areas. Employees work with various hazardous materials including but not limited to Acetone, Pre-Cote #33 Blue (containing Methyl Ethyl Ketone and Methyl Isobutyl Ketone) and Rust Oleum Specialty Chalkboard Spray Paint.
