29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: a) On or about January 23, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the pendant control box on the Rail Mill Motor Room Bridge Crane, Pro Service Crane Group, 50-ton, multi-beam, top-running, had clearly marked identifiers that delineated control functions during load-hoisting operations. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
