29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Jobsite: 4524 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 - On or about November 28, 2023, the employer did not provide a fit testing to all employees required to wear respirators exposing them to respiratory hazards. The employer required employees to wear respirators, such as but not limited to 3M Cool Flow Valve Particulate Respirator 8511, while performing brick pointing activities on the facade of a building.
