29 CFR 1926.251(e)(8)(iv): Synthetic web slings with broken or worn stitches were not immediately removed from service. On or about: November 11, 2023 Location: 16 Wade Sq., Bronx, NY 10457 a) Exterior wall panel lifted by two nylon slings, Lift-All brand EE2-804D. One of the nylon straps had observable damage and fraying of the material. Sling was not removed from service.
