29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: a) Fabrication Shop: Employees required to cut and polish quartz and marble countertops are required to wear respiratory protection, including, but not limited to, North 7700 series half-mask dual cartridge respirators, and had not completed respiratory protection training. The employer did not provide training on the use, care, maintenance, and limitations of respirators, on or about 10/12/23.
