29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Facility: On, or about, September 18, 2023, eyewash units capable of providing at least fifteen minutes of continuous flow were not provided in areas where corrosive chemicals were used. Containers of concentrated chemicals were used to feed dilution systems in housekeeping closets and in the laundry area. Corrosive chemicals observed during the inspection included BNC-15, Xtreme Laundry Sour, Chlorine Bleach and Liquid Alkali.
