29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) On or about September 12, 20223, portable fire extinguishers were not readily accessible, and employees were exposed to a tripping hazard in that the fire extinguisher located by the left rear emergency exit door had a pallet with sheets of wooden window covers right in front of it.
