29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about September 11, 2023, during the welding of a container, the employer did not ensure that an adequate guardrail system was installed along the open sides and ends of the working platform on an electric scissor lift scaffolding before the use of an employee, exposing the employee to fall hazards.
