29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Delos Reyes Palm Spring: On or before July 11, 2023, employee(s) conducted cleaning and disinfecting tasks with Cloralen Concentrated Bleach, First Street Glass Cleaner, Clorox Professional Instant Mold Stain Mildew Stain Remover with Bleach, and C3 Chlorinated Tablets, in multiple areas of this facility. Employer did not ensure that copies of Safety Data Sheets were maintained for these chemicals which potentially exposed employees to eye and skin irritations, itchiness, redness, and/or contact dermatitis.
