29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(x): The employer failed to inspect ground conditions around the equipment for proper support, including ground settling under and around outriggers/stabilizers and supporting foundations, ground water accumulation, or similar conditions. a) 1018 W Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA 30309; On or about May 22, 2023 and at times prior, employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards, in that crane (model number MR415B, serial number 602211 - Unit TWO#106) daily inspection records do not include inspection for ground conditions around the equipment for proper support, including ground settling under and around outriggers/stabilizers and supporting foundations, ground water accumulation, or similar conditions as per 1926.1412(d)(1)(x).
