29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: (a)Valley Construction of Sioux Falls, Inc. at 2800 South Faith Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57103: On or about and at times prior to May 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from respirable crystalline silica hazards in that no exposure control plan to prevent exposures to respirable crystalline silica was implemented. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards/injuries/illnesses.
