29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(1): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in accordance with the provisions of Hazard Communication Standard and paragraph (i)(2) of this section: (a)SealPros Inc. at 4801 South Louise Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to May 19, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from respirable crystalline silica hazards in that employees were not made aware of respirable crystalline silica hazards or trained in the recognition of or preventive measures for these hazards. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards/injuries/illnesses.
