29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity. Jobsite - On or about December 29, 2022, the pump jack scaffolds in use by employees at the site were not inspected by a competent person before each shift, where there were lower braces missing from each pole to prevent displacement.
