29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about October 27, 2022, in the planer #1 area, employees performed servicing and maintenance such as, but not limited greasing the chain sprocket. Lockout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to planer #1 had not been inspected annually.
