29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not make a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 available for inspection by employees and by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: 1531 Grafton Road, Millbury, MA: On or about October 20, 2022, On or about October 20, 2022, a written procedure outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 was not established before circuits or equipment were deenergized. To prevent electric shock employees working near or on a 480-volt bus duct system must treat those circuits or equipment as energized and wear appropriate PPE.
