29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1): A side-hinged door was not used to connected rooms to an exit route: (a) Location - Dock Area Exit Route, Southeast Section, next to Terminal Manager's Office On or about 09/21/2022, an overhead bay door was designated as an emergency exit; employees trying to evacuate a smoke filled room may not be able to use a marked and lighted emergency route as a means of egress due to the use of an overhead bay door.
