29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Jobsite located at 250 North Commerce Drive, Aston, PA-Scenic Department: On or about July 18, 2022, the employer did not provide hazardous chemical training for employees engaged in plastering activities. Employees are using chemicals or products, including but not limited to the following: -Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Perlite, Calcium sulfate, Dolomite, Crystalline silica (Quartz) contained in Structo-Lite Basecoat Plasters -Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Limestone, Calcium sulfate dihydrate, Crystaline silica (Quartz) contained in Sheetrock Brand Easy Sand Lightweight Setting-Type Joint Compound 45 -2-methylpentane-2,4-diol and Acetic acid ethenyl ester contained in Octoweld -Acetone, Propone, Cyclohexane, Petroleum distillates, Hexane contained in 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive
