29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii)(D): Lockout devices and tagout devices did not indicate the identity of the employee applying the device(s). a.) Tonnard Manufacturing Corporation, Bay 3 press area, on or about 07/06/2022 and times prior thereto: Employees that periodically conduct servicing maintenance and repairs to equipment were provided with Red locks to use for Lockout Tagout/Energy Control purposes. A Red lock, which was applied to disconnect #69 on the Niagara 4 1/2 ton press machine #177, did not indicate the identity of the employee who applied the device.
