29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):The employer shall ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter. a) On or about March 25, 2022, employees were not provided with fit tests prior to being required to wear N-95 disposable respirators between February 28, 2022 to March 15, 2022 while working under Covid-19 outbreak status.
