29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(ii): A powered industrial truck shall not be left unattended when the operator is 25 ft. or more away from the vehicle which remains in view, or whenever the operator leaves the vehicle and it is not in view. a) Location - 21-25 Hancock Street, Newburyport, MA On or about 02/24/22, a powered industrial truck was left on and unattended while the operator traveled more than 25 ft. away to cut trim boards.
