29 CFR 1910.107(l)(4)(i): All areas were not kept free of the accumulation of powder coating dust: (a) Building 1, Truck Body Powder Coat Booths 1 and 2- Powder coating overspray (a Class II combustible dust) had accumulated on the floor and walls inside both spray booths, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards, on or about January 25, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
