29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide respirator training that would ensure each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii): (Maritime Reference 1915.154) (a) On or about February 24, 2022, in the marine shipyard, respirator training was not provided for employees required to wear 3M 6200 half-face respirators when performing torch cutting for shipbreaking activities.
