29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: ConnectRN, Inc. worksite located at 240 Northcrest Drive, Napoleon, OH 43545: On or about December 16, 2021 and at times thereafter, the employer did not ensure all employees required to wear respirators received a fit test prior to initial use. Employees were required to wear respirators throughout their work shift to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
