29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59. Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with exposure to chemicals. This was most recently documented on or about December 14, 2021 at a residential construction jobsite located at 8202 S 194th St., Gretna Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that each employee is trained to recognize the hazards associated with the chemicals utilized and encountered in the construction jobsite. Chemicals in use such as, but not limited to, DYNAGRIP 4000 Subfloor Construction Adhesive.
