29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: MCCAUSLAND GREENHOUSE: On or about October 21, 2021, the employees, as "authorized, affected and other types" were not provided with training and information in the controlling of potentially hazardous and unexpected releases of energy sources (lo/to) during servicing and maintenance of equipment, such as (but not limited to) main panel/manual switch for the Bay 18 east in the McCausland greenhouse.
