29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not train each employee in the nature and recognition of fall hazards in the work area: a) Jobsite, 9365 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237: On or about October 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each employee who worked at heights as part of their job was trained in the nature and recognition of fall hazards. An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while using a 16-foot extension ladder to paint a light pole that was approximately 18 feet in height.
