29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii) as referenced by 29 CFR 1926.59: The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) Worksite, South Jefferson Street and I-280, Orange, NJ For employees directed to demolish and remove concrete road surfaces with pneumatic jackhammers, and repair the road surface with new concrete, the employer did not provide the employees information on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets for chemicals including but not limited to Quikcrete Rapid Road Concrete powder onsite.
