29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer must provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. On or about September 13, 2021, at the worksite located at 2511 Neva Road, Antigo, WI 54409, the employer did not provide training for an employee who used personal fall protection systems or was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before being exposed to a fall hazard, exposing an employee to fall hazards. An employee was not provided training on the proper usage of spring loaded casters (Werner 40-4HD) affixed to the bottom of a platform step ladder (Werner PT7406-4C).
