29 CFR 1910.502(c)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a COVID-19 plan for each workplace with all the required site specific information: a) WellNow at 1233 Arsenal Street in Watertown, NY, 13601, on or about 8/4/21: The employer failed to develop and implement a COVID-19 plan to mitigate the spread of SARs-CoV-2, the virus that causes Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Employees working as physician's assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), personal care technicians (PCTs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), x-ray technicians and front-desk receptionists providing care to suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 patients, were not provided with the required site specific information, such as adequate workplace- specific policies and procedures.
